Seller and contract
WireONa is supplied by Dalya Abed, a sole trader trading as Wireona. Support and business correspondence details appear below. We supply electrical panel design, local simulation and Academy services. The plan description, total price and billing period shown before your order form part of your contract. Paid access begins after payment is accepted and confirmed; opening checkout alone does not grant access.
Engineering limitations
Simulation is a learning and design aid, not certification of electrical safety, standards compliance or a substitute for qualified engineering review. Verify manufacturer specifications, protective-device selection and installation requirements independently before real-world use. Experimental or partial device models must not be treated as complete hardware implementations.
Your account and content
Keep credentials private and use the service lawfully. Upload only content you own or are authorised to use. You retain your rights in your projects; the service needs permission to store and process them to provide requested features. Do not access other users’ data or interfere with the service.
Plans and tax-inclusive prices
Free provides the basic devices and features shown in the app. Professional includes the full simulator device library; courses are sold separately where offered. Advanced includes the full simulator device library and all published Academy courses while subscribed. Professional is £5.99 per month or £29.99 per year; Advanced is £19.99 per month or £79.99 per year. Prices are GBP and include applicable taxes; your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. Separate course orders state their own price and access duration. Subscriptions do not promise permanent course ownership.
Renewal and plan changes
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month and yearly subscriptions every year until cancelled. Each selected period is paid in advance using your authorised payment method. Stop renewal through Plans & Subscription → Manage subscription, or email support before your next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the paid-through date without a cancellation fee. Use Manage subscription for an existing subscription, not a second purchase. Stripe shows any prorated charge before an immediate upgrade; lower-priced changes and shorter billing intervals are scheduled for period end where shown. We notify material changes or price increases before they apply and give you an opportunity to cancel.
Delivery and technical requirements
Use the current download page to check supported 64-bit Windows and Android devices. The arm64 Android package requires Android 7.0 or later. Web and checkout services require a compatible browser. Simulation runs locally; every account, including Free, must validate online at least once every 48 hours. Cloud services, streaming lessons and payments require internet. Offline authority may expire sooner when paid access expires. Projects remain intact after plan expiry or revalidation failure, but restricted editing/simulation may be unavailable. Keep your own project exports and backups.
Consumer rights and liability
Our Cancellation and refunds policy forms part of these terms. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content and services remain available. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot legally be excluded. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or lack of reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. Security or unlawful use may justify proportionate access restrictions. If we permanently discontinue paid services without your fault, contact us for an appropriate refund of the unused paid period, without limiting other remedies.
Complaints and governing law
Contact info.wireona@gmail.com for help or complaints, with your version and a description with sensitive data removed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence and may use the courts available under applicable consumer law, including Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive English-court restriction that removes those rights.
