Stop automatic renewal
Professional and Advanced are recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid in advance. Cancel renewal through Plans & Subscription → Manage subscription, or email info.wireona@gmail.com before the next renewal. Any clear cancellation statement is accepted; a special form is not mandatory. Portal cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with the access end date displayed there. No further renewal should be collected after cancellation takes effect. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.
Your 14-day cancellation right
UK consumers buying at a distance normally have 14 days after entering the contract to cancel, subject to the rules for that product. We do not currently rely on a digital-content cancellation waiver: downloading, using the app or accepting general terms does not waive the right. If you exercise an applicable initial 14-day right, we cancel and refund the initial payment in full. Additional mandatory cancellation or renewal rights also apply. Any future digital-content waiver could operate only after the required separate express consent, acknowledgement of loss of the right and durable confirmation have actually been obtained.
After the initial period and faulty content
Stopping renewal normally preserves access until the paid-through date and does not automatically refund a period already supplied. This is not a blanket no-refund rule. Contact us about faulty or misdescribed content, service failure, unauthorised or duplicate charges or other legal refund rights. Statutory repair, replacement, price-reduction and refund remedies remain available where applicable. An approved immediate cancellation/refund may end paid access earlier; we confirm the date. Saved projects are not deleted merely because paid access ends.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email support with your account email, purchase date, order/invoice reference and requested action; never send full card details. A statutory cancellation refund is made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, subject to lawful exceptions, normally to the original payment method without a refund fee. Your provider or bank may take additional time to display the credit. A Stripe refund and cancellation/access adjustment are separate administrative actions; we confirm both and do not imply a refund alone automatically changes your plan.
